Real Estate Brochure - Designed to Sell
Designing a real estate brochure is relatively simple. Before you start you must decide if you want to use a real estate brochure to sell a house, commercial property, land or to advertise your real estate company. If using a real estate brochure to advertise your company, it is important to list all contact information. If you have a website with listings on it for customers to see you need to include your website address.
When using a real estate brochure to sell a house, you must first decide what aspects of the property you want to highlight. Listing the most sought after amenities first, such as hardwood floors, fireplaces and fenced yards, grabs the potential buyers' attention right away. Try to avoid listing negative aspects about the home in the real estate brochure, because potential buyers will be discouraged. Reveal any negative aspects of the property when the potential buyer visits the property, because generally when a person finds property that they love, small problems are usually not show stopers. It is a good idea to include pictures of the house, the asking price, and the address on your real estate brochure.
When using a real estate brochure to sell commercial property it is important to list the size of the property, previous use of the property, and the address. Listing the traffic near the commercial property and parking available is highly recommended on the real estate brochure. As with selling a house, try to list only the positive aspects of the property. Advertising land for sale with a real estate brochure is simple, because all you really need on the brochure is size, location, terrain, and zoning status.
